We're living in a noisy world where everyone is shouting 🗣 at each other but few are truly listening.
Psychologists call it the subjective value of information: it's not just about what’s being said, but who’s saying it - and how we can entince people to want to listen.
In the talk, I unpacked what I’ve learned about communication from some surprising teachers: world-class performance coaches, business leaders, and (of course) my mum.
